During 2005 the Lexicon Project assembled a team of photographers to document the city of Lexington for a year. Thousands of photos were taken; hundreds were framed and became a city-wide traveling photo gallery.
At this year's Woodland Art Fair the Lexicon Project will pair up with the Lexington Art League and encourage Senator Jim Bunning, Mayor Teresa Issac, members of the Sexual Disaster Quartet, employees of numerous downtown businesses, recruiters from the National Guard, and hundreds of other Lexington inhabitants to come and collect their photos. We will have all framed and matted photos from 2005 on display. The photos are for sale. However, if you are the subject of the photo and you show up, it is yours for FREE. Take it and hang it above your mantel, your toilet, or your bed. IT IS YOURS FOR FREE!
